Even though I'm not from the US I don't think it's a bad idea to spend at least one day being thankful for what we have. Because as Tony Robbins would say what we focus on determines our reality. So do you want a reality of gratitude and happiness... or something else?
Nick Vujicic had a choice... he could use having no arms and no legs as an excuse to be miserable in life and I don't think many of us would judge him for that. But we could see Nick's plight as a gift... it's not easy getting your message across in this day and age but having no arms and no legs sure makes one interesting speaker. It all depends on what you focus on.
So today let's take a moment to feel sorry for ourselves for having all our limbs and knowing we'll never be famous because of it... I guess we'll have to find our own unique gift to share with the world instead.
