Your clients and prospects are busy people... just like you. They have endless distractions during the day and unfortunately, many of them are going to forget all about you. That's why you need to have a simple system to collect prospect's contact details when they get in touch or visit your store. Then all you need to do is follow up with them.
The fact is, if they've got in touch with you, they probably want what you're selling. But at the same time they want a whole bunch of other stuff and you have to compete for that space in their mind with products and services that have nothing to do with yours.
